This prime storage space rental facility in Providenciales was built in 2008 on a solid concrete foundation. All steel construction strong enough to withstand hurricane force winds.

There are 20 units 24’x60′. Each unit has 1440 sq ft on the ground. Additional storage space can be added with a mezzanine structure.

Two points of entry give access to each unit; a 12′ x 12′ roll up steel door and a 6’8″ foot industrial door.

Additional important details are interior steel walls, concrete floors and robust industrial electrical wiring; 3 phase 108v/208v.

The property if fully fenced with an 8 foot fence and there is ample parking.

Storage Space Terms

Storage space rentals are available on short term and long term basis.

Short Term: 3 month minimum, 6 months maximum.
Long Term: 6 month minimum, no maximum.

Your intial cost for renting storage space at Caicos Depot is first month and one month security. Payment can be made in either cash or check. The security deposit is refundable, provided the storage space is returned to it’s original state.
